Came in last night with a giant bolt in a trailer tire. They had nothing going on. Marvin and Cesar were hanging around trying to get us taken care of. Landstar is a pain to deal with, especially after hours and weekends. Kept having issues and Marvin ended up having to call Landstar again and sit on hold forever. Couldn’t get their account info to show up at all. He could have easily told us to bug off. But he tried a couple different options and ended up going out of his way to call his manager and get it all figured out for us. Once they got the approval figured out they slapped the tire on nice and quick.

Few trained workers who tried to work as if they had training. Walking around looking for whatever someone told them they needed. We didn't feel confident about them especially when they asked me where was the oil filter was. More expensive than last time.

Went for abs light. Was told 2-3 hour wait. Finally got in the shop 7 hours later. The mechanic only had 2 hours to fix before he was off for the night and gave up after 1 hour. Abs light is still on and my whole day is wasted. Went to leave and creative parking made it almost impossible to back out.
