Schedule time to weeks in advance. Took the day off of work as it was their only available day. They call me To reschedule the time from 9 AM to 10. I show up they tell me I'm not on the schedule. Then they say I can reschedule for two weeks later. Sloppy service and a waste of my time and money

Spencer aircraft will stand behind their products. I had a problem with with some poly tone and Dan sent me the the correct product with the reducer at no charge and came the next day. Not many companies will do that anymore. A stand up outfit.

The avionics shop folks did an incredible job for me. Had them build a wiring harness for my radio stack and it exceeded my expectations and under budget, which is rare for a company to give you a bid and then come in under that bid. Extremely pleased and will be back to them in the future... Thank you Gary for a great job!
