If I could give a zero I would. I will never come back to this store again. I would rather drive 30 minutes to the Spencer’s at north town mall. The staff at the valley mall Spencer’s are absolutely horrible. I have never been treated so rudely well spending money before. I was watched like a hawk well I was in the store and after I checked out the employee told me “good you can leave now”. I did absolutely nothing to this woman. Worst costumer service ever.

I usually get decent customer service when I'm in but this time it was terrible. The emoloyees were all standing around talking, no one even acknowledge that I was in the store let alone right behind them. They were talking about getting skin punched out and making people eat it and then they were cussing a fair amount. I understand the store is more directed for 18+ age group but I still feel like knowing your audience is an important thing to remember, there were other customers in the store with young kids. I probably won't be back anytime soon which ia disappointing because I usually come here to buy my gauges.
