I enjoy my local store in Kennewick wa, but when you call the call center don't expect to be treated like your a customer! A lady named Chris answered and continued with her speal, while sounding like she hated her job. I was trying to ask her questions regarding a certain product, and she was completely rude! She hung up on me after the first question! Pretty sure I've NEVER been treated so bad from someone that works at a call center where they are supposed to specialize in "customer service"

They lack a basic understanding of their own products. Girl was helping with jewelery, explaining different aspects of them. Asked if jewelery was internally or externally threaded and the girl looked at me like she had no idea what that meant. Then i explained it and she quickly said internally, and i figured she would know, however the earrings i bought turned out to be externally threaded. Won't be buyin jewelery here again.
