On today, Saturday, April 16th, 2022, a African American male was racially profiled by one of the employees at your store. After buying two T-shirts out of the store, they accused him of stealing! When they were done checking his bag and realized it was a “misunderstanding”, there was no formal apology or acknowledgement for what had happened. Instead the worker laughed off the situation as if it wasn’t a big deal. Racism isn’t something that is going to be taken lightly so, for them to do such a thing shows that your store doesn’t have great equity! EXTREMELY OUTRAGEOUS!!!!

Always loved Spencer's for their unique items. Bought a knit beanie a while back and have put that thing through hell, better quality than my AE beanie. They usually have sales going on frequently. Staff is pretty cool and friendly as well! Keep up the good work!

Went here tonight to purchase a couple of items. Google maps say they close at 9 and I got there around 8:04, only to be told that they are closed! The girl didn't budge even when I explained that I was picking up specific items, not browsing. Never been in here yet but misleading people because of laziness or unwillingness to simply change your hours to reflect an 8pm close time is ridiculous and unprofessional. Update your hours!!!
Edit: the hours have been updated and when I went in again, two other girls were very friendly. There's good content in this store, will def be back!
