This much I can say. They hire misfit janitorial companies to clean. Their main kitchen floor is disgusting. I asked a worker about it, she said funny you asked everybody does, I guess so it's disgusting. Lifeguard who works there said himself, place is falling apart. They opened to the public because they couldn't get enough private memberships to sustain ,hmmm wonder why.

Great rooms and staff is great, although not hotels fault the location sucks. Only other issue I have is you pay high end-ish $$$ for room yet still pay for parking
