Counselors dont call you back when you have important business with your loved one.hardly anyone ever answers the phone.employees spread your business around like gossip.toxic non positive environment especially for a juvenile. Lose and or steal patients possesions.all around seems more like a trailer park than a detox facility.

"ZACK S."My experience was he has lack of common sense and of self control with "verbal abuse" then apologized he and doesn't listen show up prepared or turns computer on and expects mentally disabled clients to know what's in his computer? Doesn't read papers to client who cannot read before pointing where to sign. When questioned where the applications were going? The reply was places asked not to be on list for health reasons and then didn't include clients mailing address.Responce and reapplying are impossible. Unprofessional, narsasitic verbally abusive to people disabilities , so franckly dangerous."
