I am highly impressed by our experience with Spokane Cremation and Funeral Service. Every interaction that we have had with Spokane Cremation has been exceedingly positive.
I have heard of many funeral homes that charge exorbitant prices. Not so with Spokane Cremation. Their fees for cremation are among the lowest in Spokane, and despite having a supply of attractive, affordable urns that they sell themselves, they allowed and even encouraged us to look online and find something that was just right. I did not at all feel pressured to do things a certain way. On the contrary, they were compassionate, professional, and gracious as we worked through what was most appropriate in our situation.
We did not use their funeral services, so I can't comment on that, but as far as customer service and affordability goes, I definitely recommend Spokane Cremation.
