Wham, Bam, Thank you ma'am is how I felt! When I got my directions in the mail, I was super confused. So I called the office and I had received the wrong ones. I was happy to get that cleared up. Trying to find the place was interesting, I had to circle the block a few times, but finally found it. Reception was great, quick and easy. But, once they took me back, everyone just treated me like a number. I was ushered to a curtain area w/ a bed and told to undress and put on the gown. I was given this super thin blanket. Then the nurse came in and did my IV start and vitals. Then left me in the bed for 20 min, waiting, and freezing. They never checked on me. Dr. finally came in and I told him I was cold, so he ordered me another blanket. I was then ushered back to the room, and again, just a number. No one was super friendly. I had never had this procedure before, so I was a bit nervous. When I woke up, they told me there is your belongings, get dressed and come on out. I was sooo groggy! I couldn't get my feet under me. I was scared I was going to fall over trying to get dressed. Totally unimpressed with this place. They are only going through the motions, herding people in and out. I will not use their services again.

My visit to Spokane Digestive was quick and painless. They were genuinely kind, helpful and answered my questions. I felt very grateful to be taken care of by such a Great Team of Professionals.

Edit- My doctors office has now sent 3 referrals. Spokane Digestive called me and said they would not see anyone who has had a specialist assigned within the last 3 years. Worst freaking place. Won't even help.
It's the end of January. My doctors office has sent 2 referrals starting in July. I called multiple times to set up an apt. No one will schedule it. The referral woman was EXTREMELY RUDE. Talked over me every chance she got. Told me the referral is now no good. I don't need a referral with my insurance. I just need a damn apt.
