Kelli was exactly who we needed when we needed care. The in home atmosphere with her small number of children attending in a young age range was perfect for my little. My little had some high needs and Kelli worked well communicating and offering other supports to get her through her days. She used the app Brightwheel which was amazing and we could see all day what meals were served, pics of learning activities, diapers, nap times and fast messaging for each co parent. My little was always happy at drop off and pick up. She provided nutritious meals and snacks that supported healthy choices. When I told her what our little really likes to eat she offered those without hesitation to make sure she was eating well each day. I was sad we left her care for preschool but I look forward to working with Kelli again in the future for our other little and possibly both when preschool is out. If you are looking for a home based center that gives your littles lots of attention I recommend Spokane Early Learners.

Sending your little one off to daycare is so scary, especially as a first time parent. We’ve been sending our son here for a little over a month and have had nothing but good experiences so far. Kelli is communicative, caring, and makes safety a top priority. Our son loves going here, and we love knowing he is safe and learning in a play based environment!

They have a behavioral policy that is outlined in the contract however the owner follows this at her will and did not follow it whatsoever with our child. Additionally their contact states they are inclusive and have the capability to support children who are on the spectrum. Our child is on the spectrum and was discriminated against immediately. We were dropped on the same day without notice and she made me leave my job early, as a banker we know this tax time is the busiest of the year generating tax documents for tax season having to leave during this significantly set my work back this week. We were able to receive a refund and get his items however the same day cancellation of service violated her policy and left us high and dry looking for a replacement option. Our child’s prior facility absolutely loves and adores him and took him back however the owner of that facility is pregnant and due anytime so it’s a very temporary fix until she’s back from her maternity leave. If your child is on the spectrum or anything short of a militant little angel this is not going to be a good fit for you.
