Just a heads up to people getting a bill by text linking them to ppaya that is what is on the paper bill I received weeks later. Everything about that text made me think it was a scam.
Their website is broken to the point where they block password managers encouraging users to create weak passwords. Also no matter what I type in they tell me my password doesn't match their requirements.
As for the doctors. They were super friendly and seemed to want to help but were unable to help me. I was able to get into a different doctor a week later and was diagnosed properly with imaging done in two days.

I have federal BCBS insurance. These guys have billed BCBS 6 times to the wrong regional office. BCBS federal has an office in Lewiston and one in Seattle. I live in Washington, and was seen in Washington, but for some reason they keep billing the Lewiston ID office. I’ve called them literally 5 times and they promised each time to bill the correct office. I guess I’ll have to call them a 6th time because they did it again. Pathetic staff. If they worked for me I would’ve fired them all.

I have no beef with any of the hospital staff, but this set up of having the ED physicians as a separate entity is just plain stupid and terrible. I received a text message with a link to follow to pay a bill, in this day and age that just screams SCAM. I'm not sure what they expect when they present themselves like some shady scam. Then, if that isn't bad enough, their website looks like a scam with almost 0 information, their billing is done through a 3rd party and if you call the number on their website you'll be told to call a different number. They didn't bill insurance. This company is dishonest and predatory, they rely on you blindly clicking and paying without thinking twice, they represent what is wrong with healthcare in this country.
