First, ignore all one-star reviews. All those reviews come from irresponsible and self entitled individuals. They seems to forgot to make sure their insurances in place and don’t seem to have basic courtesy to be patient and address prolonged wait times instead of writing a bad review solely based on that experience.
Second, I had an amazing experience. I had 2 root canals done. One of the teeth was giving me incredible pain but the root canal was done completely without pain. Dr was incredible and did an amazing job. They were able to fit me into their schedule on short notice and were very welcoming, considerate, punctual, and professional. Highly recommended!
The purpose of this letter of this letter is to recognize the outstanding service and care of Doctor Blake McKinley and his staff.
Doctor McKinley is currently treating me for my root canal, which I suffer with. His expertise and caring manner are making my life much better. Their staff assisted me on my VA travel. Because of the COV-19 their office assisted me on getting the authorization to have my tooth filling performed.
I realize how much time and energy my care requires, and I appreciated it deeply.
