Dr. Andersen was personable, helpful, reassuring, and clear in his explanations. I never imagined I would feel so comfortable knowing I need surgery, but he put me entirely at ease and the exam was a breeze. There was about a half hour wait after I was checked in, but the clinic was clearly busy and the staff were all apologetic -- far more than they needed to be, in my opinion. The receptionists were helpful and polite too, so while I don't think other reviewers are lying, I can say that my experiences were only good and I hope this means the issues others have had were in fact addressed. I also appreciated the very regular reminders via text and automated call in the week prior to my appointment. I couldn't have forgotten the appointment if I wanted to, which I'm grateful for!

Dr Jack explains every detail of my exam, he made sure that I understood every step of the procedure and that I felt confident with this and knowing there would be other procedures to follow. I trusted Dr Jack with prior procedures and fully confident in his work.

Had cataract surgery and the people working there are kind and compassionate &also tops in their field.
