Jonathan and Brandon bent over backwards to help us with my parents move to a retirement community and the sale of their house. This was a tough time for our family, but it was awesome having Jonathan and Brandon's understanding, support, and professionalism getting the house ready to sell, on the market, and quickly sold. They were very flexible, and their efforts got us where we needed to be on time and with the financial targets we had. Thank you so much Jonathan and Brandon!

When we first moved to Spokane almost 4 years ago, Jonathan and Brandon helped us find a house that met our needs in a very short time (due to relocation). When it came time to sell our house and move into a house that fit our growing family better, we only made one call. That was to Jonathan and Brandon. Having both bought and sold using this dynamic father/son team I can't recommend a better combination. With over 20 years in the area Jonathon provides great insight and Brandon does a great job of keeping Jonathon on track :). The photos Brandon took for the listing were amazing. Hopefully we won't be moving again anytime soon, but if we do Jonathon and Brandon will be our first call.
