We were getting desperate for a special gas line coupler. The large hardware stores just didn't have what we needed. These guys are closed on the weekend so we waited until Monday. A gentleman who resembles Ron Perlman helped us and got exactly what we needed within 4 minutes and with about 8 high quality pieces of hardware and only about $30 we were on our way! They are awesome and know their stuff!

We own a window cleaning and pressure washing company and always in need of some sort of hose. House of hose always has what we are looking for and always ready to repair any broken house. Great store!!

Eric at the Spokane valley location is awesome! He had a excellent attitude and beyond Great customer service! He helped me immediately with my needs in finding the parts I was looking for all day. If I would have just went and seen Eric first thing I wouldn't have had to run around town to try and find what I was looking for thank you Eric and I will be referring everybody to you
