Karen & Kevin were so timely & thoughtful in helping us get rid of the growing mice population in our home as well as a wasp nest in the backyard. Highly recommend this company for their personalized knowledgeable care in any and all pest related issues. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

About a month ago we had some house ants inviting their way into our home. I tried several DIY products that were not effective so I called several companies that were highly rated on Google. First of all, Spokane Pest Pros was the most responsive and communicative of the companies I reached out to and they were on time to the appointment. When the representative arrived he was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through the way that ants travel and work which was helpful in understanding how to eliminate them. After a couple of days we no longer saw any ants in the house and it was evident that the treatment was very effective. A couple weeks later, as I was mowing along the curb a fair distance away from the house, I noticed a large grouping of ants along the curb so I reached out and they explained that the original treatment they applied would likely eventually reach these areas but they came out the next day anyway and applied treatment to this specific area just to be certain. They went above and beyond and it’s been a great experience working with them. I recommend them to anyone looking to remove insects and pests, or anyone looking for proactive prevention as well. Awesome company!

Excellent service from first call to having out to our house. Extremely knowledgeable in there field. Took care of problems we weren't aware of, showed us everything he was going to do. Highly recommend to all.
