I bought a new house with a 20 year old pool. The former owners had not maintained the pool cover since installing it and it was torn and making all kinds of noises. I called a couple companies to come look. Pavel was the only one who told me the truth and gave me an affordable solution. He didn't just try to sell me a new cover, he showed me the problems and explained the alternatives to fixing/replacing and gave a frank assessment of the situation. In the end i went for replacement but not out of pressure from a hard sales tactic. In the end the project was a bit more difficult than he thought and he ended up staying late into the night to finish it. I really appreciate his honesty, professionalism and straight forward manner. In the end it was also cheaper than the other companies who inflated their prices and had techs who didn't care. Pavel cares and that is the most important thing.

The rope on one side of my automatic pool cover broke we needed it repaired quickly because the pool cover was stuck completely open. My wife called around but Pavel gave the most reasonable quote and told my wife if he had the necessary parts he would come same day. He was able to come the same day, fixed the cover, gave us some great information for future maintenance, was very personable and showed up when he said he would. Highly recommend!

This company is wonderful. Pavel goes above and beyond. He is knowledgeable, professional, and committed to providing the best. He replaced our automatic pool cover and replaced our filter sand with silica glass. He was efficient, detailed, and happy to answer questions and explain his process. He is also just a really nice guy! We will definitely continue to use this company in the future.
