I've used them before so I knew they never start when they say. I've been lucky and got the same crew both times, Shane and another guy. On both jobs they did great work and were conscientious . The first job took 6 months due to weather and the crew being pulled off to work on other big jobs. It should have been a 1 to 2 week job. The second job should have taken less then 1week ,it took 2 weeks due to 95+ degree weather and missordered materials . Still I was not upset, I can see that those things happen. This last job was finished 45 days ago. I just found out that Spokane Post & Frame didn't pay the subcontractor that did some ground work that was part of the bid for the job. It's one thing to take longer than it should to do a job BUT WHEN YOU DON'T PAY YOUR CONTRACTOR THAT'S A WHOLE DIFFERENT THING. Be aware that in Washington the subcontractors can put a lean against the building that they worked on.
