No high pressure sales here, great Spas (I bought one) but beware that they like to say "setup/install is included" but that's actually not true. You need an electrician to plug in a hot tub even if you already have the circuit and breaker setup.
Edit: Spokane Quality Spas have now changed their policy and will no longer indicate that set-up or install is included. I'm glad that they treated me so well with this issue and I expect that others will get the same quality of service.

Cherie did an outstanding job helping me pick out an awesome spa! She went the extra mile after I purchased it and could not get the Bluetooth and WiFi connected to stop by the house and work with me on getting it set up. Interestingly I just needed to kick the breaker off and back on but without her help this would have taken a very long time for me to trouble shoot to that level of a reset. Thanks again for all the help! I highly recommend this place and exactly why finding a reputable dealer is so important when purchasing a spa!
