2x in the past few trips I've taken they've passed stops they were supposed to make. I was late to work due to this.

On Saturday September 23rd, I boarded the number 28 bus at the plaza downtown. Shortly after I boarded the bus driver got off the bus. The bus was scheduled to leave at 9:50am. That time came and went, and there was no driver around to drive the bus. Finally after contacting customer service, the driver finally got on the bus. We left the plaza at 9:56am. When the driver got off the bus he left the bus running. Anyone could have gotten into the driver's seat and took off with the bus. Spokane Transit has a bunch of bus drivers who do not care what they do. It is their job to drive the busses. Spokane Transit drivers work for the city. If they don't want to do the job, then they should find another job. This is not the first time I have been on a bus and the driver was off doing something else and not doing their job. This is why most busses run late.
