Hello some new laws needa be put into place or something Need's to be made available to punish or penalize apt tenants for being loud at night for the last 3 weeks I've been non stop woken up by a neighbor slamming their doors as loud as they can at 11pm to 6am I've reported the incidents, numerous times it's becoming to much and if a fight does happen Spokane will be in for a law suit I'm tierd of askin for help and nothing bein done at all is a joke and I'll have the last laugh if is not dealt with Spokane instead making a new freeway work on existing problems first maybe???
