I have ordered hats and shirts and they have always been up front and honest about pricing and willing to work with me on special orders. Chuck and co are great people. This is a great locally run business

I called and spoke with Chuck. He was extremely professional. After letting him know that we weren't entirely sure what we wanted to order, but that we clearly knew what design we wanted, he quickly put together an error-free proof with crystal clear pricing. In the past we have worked with screen printing companies that were a hassle to work with. They would make order mistakes, they wouldn't address our edits, they would take weeks to respond to emails, and they wouldn't own up to their mistakes and make our orders right. That is NOT how Spokane Valley Screen Printing operates. They are a small family owned business that operates with integrity and excellent customer service.
