I slid off the road and needed help. Cole came out and was absolutely horrible. I tried to ask about not destroying my car in the process and he completely flipped. Cussed me out, dropped multiple f bombs and packed up and left. I’ve never seen a grown adult throw such a temper tantrum. If you use this company be sure and request that Cole stay home.

We had a flat tire and a spare that was stuck in the car due to the part that holds it in being broken. We had a different company come out the day before and they were unable to get the spare unstuck, and told us we would have to get it towed to a shop. That is why we contacted Spokane Valley Towing, and they were able to get a guy to us in less than an hour. Jason was able to free it up with a little elbow grease, and even changed the tire for us, which he did not have to do, but we greatly appreciated it. He was very kind and helpful. My gratitude goes out to him and all the other workers who are out in 100° heat, helping people who are stranded with car problems. Many thanks!

I had a great experience with Chris aka “pez”. Had a rough start to my day when my vehicle’s ball joint gave out while driving, but a kind officer called a tow company and Chris arrived within 30 min. I am still impressed that he was able to get my car on his truck without damaging anything else on my vehicle. When he dropped my car off at the repair shop, he took the time to get it off his truck carefully as not to further damage my car. Chris was very friendly and professional throughout the entire process. Thank you, Chris, for making my rough day just a little bit easier.
