I ordered some pants that were on sale for $26.97 and they arrived with a sale tag on them for $15.97!! I emailed Sport Chek this info and received zero reply from them. I called their customer service line today and was told that I have to return the pants in store to receive the price difference. We're in the middle of a pandemic. Get it together Sport Chek. Terrible!

Great customer service from the person working at the cashier desk and manager who assisted. The item I was looking for wasn’t in stock, they ordered it, applied an online discount code that I provided and shipped for free. Within an hour I received an email that the item was picked, packed, and waiting for pick up from courier. Bike shop helpful the last time I was in store.

Carlos helped me today while deciding on running shoes for an upcoming half marathon. He was incredibly kind and helpful. The young guys working on cash were also very kind. All around great experience and great customer service.
