I have been to this location a few times. Seems like it is a hit or miss if they have enough employees working. My latest visit was not the best. I checked in online and I was the 2nd person on the list. Just as I was sitting down one of the employees walked out leaving a mess of hair everywhere. Didn't even say anything to her coworker. Only 1 worker was there with a room full of 6 people and half of them left during the time I was there. Even though I had an appointment I had to wait over an hour. I could only get my hair cut because the lady said I couldn't get the full VIP wash. Only one star because the only employee was sweet and at least kept doing her job when obviously this other coworker left her in a messed up situation. The only employee didn't have a key to the place so she couldn't lock the door so the few people in the waiting area head to tell each customer that walked in they couldn't get their haircut done. Please hire some dependable employees 😒
