I have been getting my haircut at Sports Barbershop since 2016 (specifically by Raquel since 2020). I found Sports Barbershop when I initially moved to Paramount. After trying out a few different ones in the area, Sports Barbershop was the clear winner for me. The staff is always friendly, inviting, efficient, and, no matter whose chair I sat in, I always left more than satisfied.
When they closed during the pandemic, I went 3-4 months without getting a haircut. When I was finally able to go back (with a head full of hair), I had ideas for a new style. Raquel was able to give me the haircut I was looking for and I’ve stuck with her ever since.
When I lived in Paramount, it used to take me 5 minutes to get to Sports Barbershop. However, since moving, it now takes me 30 minutes to get there from my home. That being said, the drive is always worth it. I don't see myself searching for a new barbershop anytime soon.
