Worst company I have ever had to deal with. First of all I spent 8 grand on a new custom door. Showed 4 weeks later then I was told. When it arrived four weeks ago. I arrived with custom paint damaged in a bunch of places. Was not covered and protected enough in shipping. To this day with numerous email no one has reached out to be to repair. NEVER, NEVER AGAIN. Well after a year Fernando never got back with to make repairs to my safe door they shipped damaged. Now in place the door is very hard to open. Built with very low quality products. Stay away from these guys.
This is by far the best sales experience I have had to date. I purchased a safe door that I was searching for months. They had it and walked me through the process and the detailed measurements. Everything was perfect as they had said. I was so impressed I bought another safe from them with a lead time . They keep me informed of the progress , I made requested upgrades and they complied and met the lead time date .
