Pro:They arrived on time, unclogged sewer line from sewer clean out access to the road which was all good. Cons: The sewer access cap was still broken and they didn’t repair it which was in my mind part of the job, they told my husband we should replace the cap, but didn’t tell him the cap seating was broken, and said they would have repaired it-but didn’t have the part with them. I needed them to do the job and do it right. They did half the job right, charged us $345.00, then left us high and dry with a still broken sewer access. Now my husband is trying to figure out how to fix it while I look up another plumber. If you need a partially completed plumbing job these guys are excellent.
