My father is receiving excellent care at Spring Creek. The staff is caring, attentive to my dad's needs and the management team does an excellent job in my opinion.

Don’t bring your loved ones here. They purposely understaff just to the point of neglect, strictly for maximum profit. The staff that is there is undertrained and and underpaid. I’ve seen the upper management be straight up disrespectful to residents and staff. The kitchen manager steals food and then doesn’t order enough food for residents, she also takes opiates and gives them to the staff. I could keep going and going. The memory care residents (people with dementia) are cared for by people who have no idea what they’re doing. I went there several times to drop off food, and saw residents sleeping face down in their food with no staff around to help or care... I saw people with confirmed cases of COVID just wandering the halls. Horrifying.

Absolutely beautiful community in a great location. My family member can walk to shopping and the community has great walking paths. I was amazed with the staff and how great they were. My mom is relocating to this state and she can't wait to move to this community. I looked at every community in the area and the ones in Ferndale and nothing came close to how beautiful this community was. The apartments are perfect and they have full kitchens so my mom can still cook if she likes. My mom will be moving soon and the staff have made sure that she is already connected with other people that live there. I recommend this place to anyone. I have seen them all and this is #1 in the area.
