Used them once, and it'll never happen again. Had to get my suit cleaned for a funeral. Went to pick up and immediately noticed my pocket square was missing. I asked the employee where I could find it. He said, "we usually just throw those out." They either lost or stole my $45 pocket square. Beware!!

Was a loyal customer for about 10 years until they lost my shirt. Losing my shirt wasn't the real issue though. They admitted that they lost the shirt, told me repeatedly that they would reimburse me for it, and only after I called Rick (the manager) about 5 times did he offer me $14, when my shirt was from Brooks Brothers, and cost significantly more. I really hope that the $14 was worth losing a customer, because I will never use Springdale Cleaners again. Absolutely unprofessional.

One of the worst experiences you could ever have at a business establishment. Man that I spoke to at drop-off stated they could finish the dry cleaning for the following day for an important dinner. We entered the following day to knowledge that they destroyed buttons on the button up-shirt and it would not be ready for the dinner. (Oct 8). It took them 2.5 weeks to fix the buttons and on multiple occasions the business stated the wrong day it would be done. Terrible job, and one of the buttons is still wrong.
