We have stayed here multiple times and usually it is a good time but this trip will probably be our last here. We were staying for 2 nights and our bathroom on the first night had a HORRIFIC urine small so bad we had to keep the bathroom door closed. It smelled like the toilet hadn't been cleaned in MONTHS or that there was an actual plumbing issue that needs to be resolved. We spoke to them in the morning and asked to be moved for the next night. They told us to pack up all of our things and then check back in after 3 pm. That was inconvenient since we had a day trip planned and wouldn't get back until late. When we got back to the hotel after midnight they had neither cleaned the room to try to alleviate the problem or move us to another room. I demanded that they move us and they did but the whole thing was disgusting and pretty inconvenient. The fan in the bedroom was very noisy and we didn't sleep well at all. For the money you can find better. Sadly this pretty new and previously nice hotel is slipping in its standards. An embarrassment for the Marriott brand really. Room 218 (Horrible urine smell and very noisy fan in room)

Excellent service by front desk. Clean and well kept rooms. Awesome pool that our kids loved. Breakfast was also solid. Only small negative was that the shower drain drained really slowly so the water would build up

One night stay on way to Colorado. Two rooms for our families. We were placed adjacent. However, the a/c died after 30 minutes. They changed the room, but we had to move our stuff up to the next story. Kind of a pain. ||The rooms were clean. The double queen layout worked great for two adults and two teenagers. One teen in the Queen and one in the trundle. ||Pool area really is phenomenal looking. But….it was soooo crowded. Kids everywhere. Jumping in. Running on the deck. Overtaking the jacuzzi. We saw that in other reviews. I think the issue (well, I know the issue) is that guests let in friends/family who live in town. I know this because there was a group of about 6 dads in a circle. One of them said “hey, it’s time to get our cars and head home.” About 15 people walked out. ||Kinda stinks that non-paying guests get to use the pool for free. The hotel issues wrist bands for guests (to stop this), but NO one comes out to monitor. What good does it do to issue wristbands if the hotel won’t monitor their own rules? Hiring at least one security guard would go a long way to curb the freeloaders. ||Izabella at the front desk was a great help with pool towels, questions about town, etc. super nice!||The only reason not 5 stars is because of the pool issue.
