We had to stop for a glow plug issue and an ac issue while on a road trip (to our wedding 😳) and the crew at the sprinter service was top notch.
They keep an open line of communication during the entire inspection and it feels like they truly have the best interest of your van in mind. They make recommendations based on the overall health of you van, but they don’t pressure you to let them do the work.
Seeing as how I have a sprinter mechanic near my home and just needed a few things fixed they gave me a readout of what they think need taken care of for when I get home.
