SQFT Studios built our detached bedroom/AirBnB short-term rental space in early 2017. Initial concerns about how it would impact our backyard were replaced with delight with the completion of the project as it has enhanced the aesthetic of our property! The studio is gorgeous and highly reviewed by all guests! The value and quality of their work is tremendous and worth the investment.

SQFT Studios' quality and greatness lies within the the owner, Schuyler Silva. His craftsmanship and attention to detail is wonderful. The final finish on the projects I've seen out of SQFT Studios is top notch. I dream of the day I work with them to build my dream studio. Thanks for the tour guys!

SQFT Studios became the answer to our problems – I needed a bigger, more private space to run my photography business and and meet with clients, and our small house was not going to cut it anymore. A casual conversation with Schuyler turned into creative, yet functional building plans, and these hard-working gentlemen hit the ground running. They had the structure built in less than a month, and my wife and I are so happy with the result. Schuyler and Eli are professional, determined, and personable, and we feel lucky to have found them.
