Signed contract with them in October 2022, and still have this dump for my view in my backyard and unfinished work everywhere. It is now April 2024. New tiles on floor have areas that puddle. Can't open grill in outdoor kitchen since they didn't leave enough space on the back side.
Update. Project completed June 2024 after we hired an attorney. What we are left with: Tile floor still puddles. Poor uneven turf installation. Broken granite counter corner. Damaged driveway apron. Porta potty still in my driveway. Chipped gray tile because these tiles are floating.
