My kid loves squishables. This review has nothing to do with the product. I am writing about the Irvine Spectrum store location.

We planned this trip and travelled far here, my son was so excited about it, but when we got there, at 4:00pm on a weekday, the store’s door is locked while there is someone (employee) still in the store. And clearly the Store website and Google shows the store opens till 9pm. My child is so disappointed and cried in front of the store for a long time. When I asked why it is closed, The employee behind the register yelled out saying it’s closed because she is going home. I could barely hear her behind the door, she refuse to even come close to the door and tell me what the hours are and what’s going on. What kinda store just opens and closes whenever?!
