The people who work here are very kind and easy to work with.
they diagnosed the issue in my computer and fixed it for me within hours. Diagnosis to copying my hard drive onto a new SSD. A simple enough job, but sometimes it can take some repair people a while to accomplish. They called with updates and to give me my options for replacement parts.
They waived my diagnostic fee since i went with their service, which is standard, but even after that, their services were very affordable.
With some computer shops i feel as though i'm being talked down to, but i did not get that vibe here.
