Melanie is one of the most miserable and rudest people one will ever meet. As a landlord, she routinely breaks laws, section 8 code and any other standard that normal people live by. When asked, she literally said that a rental agreement does not matter and can be changed at will at anytime for whatever reason. Putting that aside, when questioned, she gets very nasty, defensive and then resorts to a pathetic victim hood status. Tracey Spencer who is a manager at Parkwood is her partner in crime ( literally) and a thief ( literally). I have her on camera stealing mine as well as other tenants items from front porches. I have a ppen case with HUD and the fair housing commission and am in the process of reporting them to local news agencies in hopes a bright light will be shed on the nastiness of some who work their, as well as the many illegal practices still going on. From harassing tenants to how long they take showers to how they handle their personal pets, to how they drive and what and where they put items inside or outside their apartment. You have rights and should not be bullied. Exercise those rights and push back against Melanie and others whose only joy in life is to make others as miserable as they are personally.
