2019 My Grandchildren and Myself were the victim of a car accident I was taken to the hospital complaining of neck pain, St clair emergency, was supposed to had CAT scan my neck, I was told there was no injury, anyway as time went by I began to have a lot of choking spells, where I couldn't catch my breath. And in 2023 incident happened in the emergency room in Dallas Texas through a Rapid Response team, It was found that I had four collided vertebrates in my neck 4 5 6 and 7, No other incidents involving my neck but that car accident. It's truly is about caring for others and doing your right.

Have to share the quality care of my recent surgery. Admissions were kind, good listeners and welcoming!
Surgery staff introduced themselves and calmed ny fears. After recovery, I was eventually taken to my room. Clean and Spotless! Nursing staff came to introduce themselves as the shift rotated! Even my CNA's were great! Crystal the Housekeeper was equally kind. No problems. Awesome Hospital and staff!!

Huge disappointment with the behavior of the staff. I went in for a cardiac stress test. The nurses got me prepped in a timely and friendly fashion. They were great. However the technician who was running the test was completely insensitive to wasting my time. They were in the middle of a training session three feet from where I was waiting. They told the nurse “be there in a second” as I continued to wait for them to finish their training for nearly another fifteen minutes. They didn’t acknowledge me in any way and as I said I was literally three feet from them in full view. I finally expressed to the nurse this was an extremely inconsiderate waste of my time and asked her what their priority was here? Training? Or patient care?! She agreed with me. Their attitude screamed “My time is more valuable than yours so you can f’n wait” The training tech finally left without a word of apology and I finally got my test done which took a whopping 3-4 minutes to complete. Inconsiderate, rude and inexcusable. This experience coupled with yet another bad experience at this same hospital earlier in the month has convinced me to never go back. 2 stars only because the nurses were great.
