This upsets me that I'm having to give this bad review because I used to think they were the best hospital out of the three that are near me I'd go out of my way just to go to their hospital until the day they tried to kill me by giving me something I was allergic to knowing I was allergic to and the nurse even had words with the pharmacist when he tried to bring it to their attention. Needless to say complaints have been filed with hospital against the nurse and doctor
Sincerely, the palazzo family

Had my baby here a month ago. The L/D nurses were fabulous (especially Jenny, Stacy and Daneika). They were very attentive and caring. They were supportive of my choice to have a natural childbirth and I really appreciated how inclusive they were to my doula (allowing her to help with alternative pain management and to assist me with positioning and pushing). Every staff member that we interacted with from the environmental services team, to cafeteria staff, to security and nursing staff was friendly, professional and respectful. Worth the commute from Redding to recieve such high-quality care.

I had to stay overnight in the hospital because of some chest pains and lots of blood work that needed to be done. Marissa? The nurse helped to make my stay as comfortable as possible considering circumstances and the vary nice lady in "Labs" was really really good on the blood draws. Her name started with a C, I can't remember the full name. Anyway, I didn't find out exactly what the problem was but while I was there the doctors, nurses, and blood Lab took very nice care of me. Thank you, and may God bless you all.
