Schedule a physical nurse practitioner comes does it in less than 5 min doesn’t listen I have to come back 3 months later to follow up on same issues she won’t listen continues to disregard my complaints . So I have to do the research on my own and come here and request to be referred . Last time referral took 1 month they forgot to send it to insurance. If I had t called them to follow up
On why not was taking 4 was instead of 2 they would have not known there was a referral pending !

going to cry of tears by the dedication of the PA i was just seen by. i’ve never had anyone take the time to hear and take step by step action to ensure my health is top priority 😭 always have doctors ready to prescribe you pills for whatever your issue may be but as my first physical i was heard and understood, thank you!

I used to love coming here, because is family 🌈, my doctor is great, I come to my appointment 30 min earlier than the time scheduled and I’m seen almost an hour later. To make it more unpleasant I need to wait 30 more minutes for my blood and urine collection. This has been the worst experience by far. No explanation why is taking so long.
