Their billing dept is terrible. Try to contact them and they are not responsive or helpful. And seriously don't ask to talk to a manager, what a joke!

I have always had great care when I go to the lab on Myre... I never have to wait and the phlebotomists are always very pleasant to deal with!!

The man who drew my blood today at about 1:20 PM (I'm sorry I didn't catch his name besides the fact that it started with an "R") made my experience so easy and painless. I get very nervous getting blood work done after a few bad experiences in the past, but he was so kind and gentle that I barely noticed what he was doing. He was very accommodating to my nerves and it was easily the best experience I've had having to get this kind of work done.
