The building looks nice and housekeeping is probably nicer than the nurses you'll have the displeasure of dealing with. That's all the positive bullet points I've got concerning this hospital. The ER staff are the worst. I say this as someone who dealt with them when I was in the medical field and as a parent who brought their child in one day. FYI: You are no better than how you treat those around you.
Edit-- Leaving the same rehearsed response to the negative reviews doesn't mean squat unless changes are made. They clearly haven't so just save it.
