Their customer service is top notch. I have used them now twice to fix my son's mountain bike. We did not make it easy on them as they needed parts that were hard to come by. Since parts were hard to come by, they did give me a couple options. Of course the part wasn't cheap, but that isn't the shop's fault. This shop did everything possible to get a new shock in stock and delivered in a couple days, so my son could have his bike for a weekend race. Unfortunately, the shipping company messed up. The bike shop even stayed open late just in case the part would be delivered. This shop instead of saying sorry we didn't get the part, they fixed my son's bike safely so he could ride it for the race. I was a little skeptical but they assured me it was safe to ride and it definitely was. When the part came in, they immediately called me and fixed his bike right away. No other bike shop would have given this incredible service. They dropped everything to make sure my son would have a safe bike to ride in his race. Thank you! I have a happy son with a brand new shock!
