This place is great. Some shady people were recently evicted and it’s great that the management gets rid of these unsafe disgusting people. The owner is very fair

Like in most small communities gossip and rumors exist here. The tennants are a mixed bag of personalities some more friendly than others. The management has a bit of experience to gain before actually managing efficiently but they're giving their best and learning fast. What you see is pretty much what you get. If your expectations aren't too high this place will probably suffice.
