I reached out to Stages and immediately received a reply email from Kristin Markey who was amazing! Kristin assisted me through the entire purchasing process and answered my emails over the weekend. I have nothing but good things to say about the Stages bike and team, especially Kristin. Thank you!!

When I started looking for a spin bike, I quickly decided I wanted a Stages bike, because they have far and away the have the best quality bikes. I have tried them at multiple studios in the Boston area and was so impressed! I reached out to Stages directly today after days of struggling to find an online or local bike retailer to work with (everyone is so busy with the rush to buy home workout equipment right now!). I reached out to the sales department and didn't even have to wait on hold. I worked with Kristin and she was fantastic from beginning to end. Buying a bike that comes with excellent customer service was of the utmost importance to me, and I can say for a fact that this is true with Stages! I'll be sure to update my review when I receive my bike, but for now, know that if you go through Stages, you will get the best customer care possible!

Our Stages SB20 bike broke 2 months ago (resistance ramped up to 100% then shortly after stopped connecting to all devices). We filed a support ticket and haven't heard anything back at all. We've left several voicemails at every customer support phone number on the website over the last 2 weeks and haven't heard back from anyone.
