Your guy please needs to start later on blowing the property at big 5. The guy blows the trash on the pavement and the dirt over to my side of the property and blowing All the dirt in the Windows. And no I don't feel I should get up early for him to start blowing the darn loud machine. I do understand you need to start early, but give us until 7am at least and have him not blow trash on my property.

Stalcup landscaping had very poor communication and did not listen throughout the whole experience. The work they did do was ok, but it was incomplete. The supervisor was rude and patronizing on the phone and took no responsibility, and their service was very overpriced. The quote for the work was high so I called to ask why, the explanation was there was a lot of tree work to be done. So I accepted based on that description. I was there and as far as I could see almost no work on the trees was done so I called to ask, what was done. Nobody could give me an answer. I sent multiple emails thanking them for what they had done, but confused about the work that didn't seem to have been done.. They sent someone to go back to the lot for ten minutes who just went over the weed whacking which was already done. I didn't ask for that at all. The first example of not listening. Eventually more than a month later someone senior called me, very defensive from the second they started to speak. They merely stated they did what they were asked to do, over and over again, that I had agreed to the job and it was not their problem. Not an answer to my question. He kept telling me I was trying to get money off, and that I wasn't listening to him.. Not true. I did not ask for money off, I just asked a simple question. What work did you do? I am happy to pay for work that is done. I have done a lot of work with other Stalcup companies and they have always sent me pictures and did a great job. I don't understand, if you are giving someone $700 and they dont appear to have done what was described in the brief, don't you get to ask about that? He interrupted me almost every time I said something, at least 2 or 3 times just to tell me about how great their customer service was and how they won all these awards... I would suggest if you have a customer on the phone who is not happy because you didn't do the job you said you would do, and you take a month to respond to them, then call them and are insulting, your customer service may be not as great as you think. I guess sometimes people get awards and they think they don't have to try anymore.. He suggested I don't live in the real world, compared me to his 10 year old daughter and did not seem to care about what I had to say at all, I had to end the conversation because he thought the whole thing was really funny and started mocking me. Not professional at all. What was the award for best patronizing comment to a customer 2020? If so then well deserved. I don't think I was being that unreasonable to ask a simple question, and to ask it again if I did not get an answer. I am not in the habit of doing this, in fact this is the first negative review I have ever left on Google and I have left a lot of positive ones.
