Stamp of approval (Jerry) inspected our forever home we were going to buy and was incredibly helpful on the in’s and out’s of the home. He happily answered every question I had and walked me thru any thing he found when he found it. We have now lived in our home 2 years and the peace of mind he provides was so valuable to us. I would recommend him time and time again! Thank you Jerry!

I have referred Roger Odle, owner of Stamp of Approval for 5 years to all my clients. Extremely knowledgeable and can explain things in a simple way so those not familiar with construction can understand. My clients feel comfortable w/ him and ask lots of questions to ensure the home they are buying is sound.

My husband and I were moving to Washington from out of state. The home we chose is beautiful, but we only got to spend about 20 minutes looking at all our selected properties then we had to return home. Our realtor recommended Stamp of Approval. We needed some one who who catch everything for us big and little. He not only missed the little things,like toilets black inside with mineral build up unable to get off, badly stained carpets vacuum system with access ports coming out of the wall. Large ticket items like three broken windows. I would not recommend stamp of approval.
