I had a horrible experience. After my service was completed I was told they start charging from the time they leave there office. So I wasn't aware of that. It wasn't explain to me like that so I called to ask about that & I got the rudest & most defensive women anyone can talk to. She outburst in such a rude way if I wanted them to come and take everything apart. Then she made sure to tell me that she was the owners niece. I mean it wasn't so much the rip off that had me so upset it was the kind of human that was on the phone being so unprofessional!!!! Its so sad that this company has such a ugly personality representing them.

What a rip off. Almost $800 to examine and replace the lamp for my business’s sign a month ago. When I bought my sign, it cost $900 to buy and install. If they gave me a proper estimate, I would’ve just a brand new sign then go with these crooks. Also, who needs multiple people to remove the front sign to access the lamp? BBB, here I come.

The electrician was friendly and professional. He knew exactly how to solve the problem. We've had repairs done by Stan Vierra for many years and have always been pleased with their work. We will continue to call them for our electrical needs.
