Jim, our salesman was not friendly at all. I got the impression he was put out that we interrupted his appliance polishing. He never offered us a seat when we were making a ten thousand dollar purchase. The salesman in the Portland store was much more helpful and customer friendly. We wish we had made our purchase there. They screwed up the delivery as well. This will be our last purchase at Standard.
