The staff is great, and their bedside manner is excellent. They really do care for your pet.
I waited for 7 hours before my animal was seen by a staff member.
She merely wasn't feeling well when we arrived, and we had to wait for several trauma cases that arrived, as well as a few that snuck in, that weren't what I would consider an emergency.
They should probably have multiple vets, one of which could do the lesser cases when they arrive. It would help out a lot.
